I have a job, but my insurance benefits and dental disease 6 months after entering employment. On average, begins when, how often? Must I always finish my 6 months probation period, or that some companies give it to me from the beginning?

All companies set their own rules about when employees are to deploy it. There are 30 days, 3 months. Some are immediate. There are no rules. I saw a lot of waiting time to 6 months, but not so rare. 30 days or 3 months have had the most I've ever seen.
I believe that most companies usually 90 days after the commencement of works, but it is clear that each company is another way of things to do.
