Is there anyway to block adult sites from my computer,so another user on my computer can't access them? - adult sites with pinky in it

I want to block all access to adult sites on my computer without the user having more of my computer skills. Is there nothing at all possible? Windows Vista Home edition.I I'm afraid for them with this site are my data from my computer by themselves or can be used by a virus infect my computer one of these sites. I really do not want to get one my computer from these sites.
