Is this diet healthy and will it work? - plans for green egg table

I'm in a hurry to lose weight, although I do not expect much to lose, right now, I want a good start in what I hope is a healthy diet.

For the next 5 days my diet will consist mainly of a lot of green tea, eggs, celery, and many more fruits and vegetables. I will follow this diet for more than 5 days, I began my weight loss.

Tips and advice would be great.

I tried every diet and detoxification can imagine, and what I lost weight immediately won!

Now, the Zone diet 6 days a week, followed by a rest day where I ate everything I put what I do! (sometimes) up to 4000 calories per day!

4 days per week, the consumption of carbohydrates than meat (lean positive / fish, salad, fruit, etc.), 2 days a week, I eat bad carbohydrates (pasta, bread, even chocolate) and 1 days, what I want!
